Winterbird Gin & Tonic

Floral tonics like a Mediterranean tonic or an elderflower tonic complement Himbrimi Winterbird, but Indian tonic works great as well, as long as it is not too sweet.Garnish with sprigs of thyme, rosemary, lavender, or if you can get it: some arctic thyme, angelica flowers, or angelica leaves.
